Returns:

All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you have received, please contact info@royalhoneyworld.com. To properly assist you, please include your name and order number in the subject line.

Exchanges: 

Products must contain original packaging to qualify. Royal Honey World LLC reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized. To request an exchange, email info@royalhoneyworld.com with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email.

You will receive an automatic confirmation when your order has been placed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. This may take longer during new releases or major holidays.

Royal Honey World  will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Royal Honey World LLC is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
